Get to Know the Owner

After undergraduate school, Sarah went to the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Masters in HR emphasizing in Art Therapy. She spent 15 plus years in social service and nonprofit, holding executive positions including Director of Social Services for Bridges of Norman and Vice President of Enrollment for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.  After helping her family briefly run a business, she decided it was time to step out on her own and incorporate her love for art/tattoos/and more importantly helping others. PrettyInk was born…

Besides founding PrettyInk, Sarah is an active Board Member with Friends for Folks, an Oklahoma nonprofit that pairs shelter dogs with inmates to restore hope in rehabilitation for those who participate. She is a proud participating member in Soul Survivor Ink, a nationwide organization dedicated to removing tattoos and brandings of victims of sex tracking.

When Sarah’s not at PrettyInk, she is giving softball lessons, spending time with her friends, going to concerts, volunteering in her community, and is a furmom to two French Bulldogs, Diego and Deela.
